Expert Immigrant in Migration to the U.S.

When I arrived in the United States, I was always focused on validating my law degree. I went through many steps, one of them being the immigration process, and made many mistakes along the way due to lack of information. However, I have come to understand that all of that was necessary to get to know the American system and create ‘COMO EMIGRO.’ It was born out of the need of the Hispanic immigrant who doesn’t know how to immigrate and what steps to follow to live in the United States.
COMO EMIGRO provides support to Hispanic immigrants, where we guide them in creating their immigration plan before coming to live in the USA. We also serve as a guide during their immigration process and adaptation in the United States, making it possible for them to eventually achieve American citizenship.
I am a Venezuelan immigrant of 13 years, a licensed attorney with a degree from the Universidad Santa María in Venezuela. I completed a Master’s in Corporate Law at the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. Subsequently, in the United States, I obtained my Paralegal certificate at the University of Miami and also pursued an LLM in U.S. & TRANSNATIONAL LAW FOR FOREIGN-TRAINED LAWYERS at the University of Miami School of Law, where I had the opportunity to take seminars in Immigration law with highly experienced attorneys in the field of Immigration in the United States.
In Venezuela, I worked at Baker & McKenzie, which is a highly recognized international firm worldwide. In the United States, I worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm, The Farber Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida. During my studies at the University of Miami, I interned in the legal department of Bacardi, USA. After graduating, I worked as In-House Counsel at a Fortune 500 Company, Motorola Solutions, Inc. I am a member of the Florida Bar, Authorized In-House Counsel in the state of Florida, and a Consultant.

In 2018, I was awarded a scholarship and became part of the first cohort of the Women Entrepreneurs Training Program in Miami, offered by IESA in collaboration with the Cisneros Group, where Como Emigro was born. I presented my business plan to Adriana Cisneros.
I have also been certified in ontological coaching through the SEG process, which defines the three steps SIC, ECI, and GOL, an Elite training program focused on learning to distinguish strategies and ways of acting to achieve what we consider extraordinary goals.
